Our Journey

When we first decided to open up M.F.C. , it was from the desire share Kevin's talent with everyone and anyone we could. His palate for making flavors melt together is outstanding. He is truly a master of his craft. 

 

We started with big dinner parties. Having groups of friends over and making different types of food. Then we began brainstorming about what comes after the dinner parties. Fast forward a few years and we do our first pop-up at the Sandpoint Farmers Market. We were a hit! After that summer we were determined to make a plan. A year later, we are Mountain Food Company. What a dream.
